Whether you’re deepening your path or stepping into yoga for the first time, you’ll be held and inspired every step of the way.

KHAANA aka FOOD

One of the deepest pleasures of this retreat will be the Ayurvedic meals, lovingly prepared with local, organic ingredients and guided by ancient principles of healing through food. In India, food is not just nourishment—it’s medicine, ritual, and love. You'll enjoy vibrant dishes infused with fresh Indian spices like turmeric, cumin, ginger, and coriander—all known for their anti-inflammatory, digestive, and immune-supporting properties. Each meal is intentionally crafted to balance the body’s natural doshas (energetic types), promoting harmony and vitality from the inside out.

Feast on seasonal vegetables just harvested from nearby farms, handmade ghee rich in healthy fats, and nourishing legumes that strengthen and energize. Delight in cooling fruit juices, fresh dairy from local cows, and meals that feel both grounding and light. Whether sipping warm herbal tea or enjoying a colorful thali plate under the Rishikesh sun, these meals are designed to restore your gut, awaken your senses, and support your body’s natural ability to thrive.
