Location
The Spacious Heart Wellness Retreat is located at Homestead Sauna in Sharon Wisconsin. There will be yoga, sauna, massage, sound therapy and a fire to table dinner! Enjoy the beauty of an outdoor Wisconsin day retreat.

Spend a day immersed in the rhythm of nature at Homestead Sauna — a retreat inspired by Nordic sauna culture, where heat, water, rest, and community become a living ritual.
We begin with a grounding yoga practice, moving slowly with the breath to awaken the body and settle the mind. Surrounded by the quiet of the land, practice becomes less about effort and more about listening — preparing the body to receive the healing elements of the day.
The experience unfolds through cycles of traditional sauna and cooling bath rituals, honoring the ancient Nordic wisdom of contrast therapy. Heat opens the body, water refreshes the senses, and moments of rest allow integration. Aromatic steam infused with natural botanicals deepens the experience, inviting clarity, calm, and renewal.
You’ll craft your own body-balancing salt scrub using mineral salts, herbs, and essential oils — a tactile ritual connecting you to earth’s textures and scents. Massage offerings support deep release, encouraging the body to soften and recalibrate.
As afternoon light begins to fade, we gather for a restorative sound healing journey. Vibrations move gently through the body like waves, creating space for stillness and quiet reflection.
The day closes around the fire with a nourishing fire-to-table dinner, prepared with seasonal ingredients and shared in simple community. Warm food, open air, and flickering flame invite conversation, laughter, and the grounded joy of being together.
This retreat is an invitation to return to elemental living — to sweat, cool, rest, and reconnect. A day shaped by earth, fire, water, and breath, leaving you clear, steady, and deeply restored.

Take time for YOU!
FIRE TO TABLE

Hatha Yoga
Enjoy a traditional Hatha Yoga class. Using joint rotation to lubricate all the bodies joints, asana to stretch out all the bodies tissues, Surya Namaskar to build warmth and meditation to clear the minds chaos. This practice will directly support our Sauna experience, preparing us for more heat, hydration and help us continue easing into our bodies!

Suana
Sound Healing
As the body softens from yoga and sauna, sound becomes medicine — washing through you with vibration and calm, inviting deep rest, balance, and inner quiet.

Sauna offers solace and connection in ways our world is desperately craving.
It is an honor and a blessing to share this elemental and primal tool with others. While sauna has tangible health benefits - lymphatic flow, cardiovascular health, immune support, memory health etc- sometimes the more subtle notes of sauna, especially when paired with herbal allies, offer the greatest opportunity for vitality and rejuvenation.
