What is Yomassage?
During a Yomassage session, you’ll be guided into supported, relaxing poses—often held for several minutes—while a trained practitioner offers soothing massage techniques to release tension and encourage total-body relaxation. This practice invites the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to reset. It’s where yoga, massage, and mindfulness meet—creating space for deep rest, emotional release, and a renewed sense of connection within yourself.

Awakening Yoga
Enjoy your Saturday morning as we wake up together with breath work and asana. Stretch the body the morning after your massage and facial and deep relaxation. Feel the strength of your body in this gentle, beginner friendly flow focused to awakening, deepening and giving that final stretch and movement the body needs to let go of all that does serve you.

Facial Time

A renewing facial is a restorative skin treatment designed to revitalize and deeply nourish your complexion. It begins with gentle cleansing and exfoliation to remove dull, tired layers of skin, followed by hydrating masks, and nutrient-rich products that encourage cellular renewal. The result is soft, glowing, and refreshed skin—and a sense of calm that radiates from the inside out.

Massage therapy is a powerful way to reconnect with your body and release what you’ve been holding—physically and energetically. Through intentional touch, massage helps relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support lymphatic flow, allowing your body to naturally heal and restore balance. It also calms the nervous system, reducing stress and promoting deeper rest, while fostering a sense of grounding and inner peace. Beyond relaxation, massage invites awareness—helping you feel more present, open, and aligned in both body and mind.

Vipassanā Meditation:
Even a brief guided Vipassanā meditation helps calm the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and deepen your connection to the present moment. It’s a simple yet profound practice that fosters clarity, compassion, and inner balance—leaving you feeling centered and renewed.

Retreat Esthetician: Taylor (she/her)

Hi! My name is Taylor, I have been a licensed esthetician going on 4 years and have had Cloud Nine Co. and Esthetics for almost 3! My passion for skincare started when I was younger as I started experiencing acne for the first time. Struggling with it for so long, I knew I wanted to help others to feel more confident in themselves just as an esthetician was able to do for me!

My favorite services I offer are lash lift & tints and many different facials. I also offer waxing services and just added brow laminations!!

Retreat Sound Healer: Missy (she/her)

Hi, I’m Missy — a certified sound bath guide devoted to creating immersive, healing experiences through the transformative power of sound. With a background in both music and the medical field, I’ve always been a seeker of balance in a fast-paced world. That search led me to sound healing, where I discovered a profound way to calm the nervous system, awaken inner peace, and support holistic well-being.

Through the vibrations of crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and more, I create spaces that invite deep rest, clarity, and reconnection. My mission is simple: to help others rediscover their center and refill their cup — one breath, one sound, one moment at a time.
